Leicestershire v Kent: Friends Life Twenty20 – 1st Quarter-Final – Leicestershire’s Innings

the Twenty20 squad eventually.
Although the target was a very stiff one, Leicestershire had the batting strength to chase it down. Despite losing a couple of wickets early, the hosts managed to win the match with four balls remaining in the innings.
Leicestershire’s skipper http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Andrew-McDonald-c1042 played a superb innings of 53 runs at the top of the order, setting a solid platform for his team’s middle-order batsmen. His effort led the team to a successful run chase in the end.
The pitch was still very good for batting, but the pressure of chasing a massive total gave the upper hand to Kent.
