  1. just bake it on foil lined sheet, uncovered with the pretty side up at 375 degrees F for about 25 to 30 minutes

  2. Put chicken on a square of foil - add a k**b of butter, seal and pop in oven on a medium heat for about 30-40mins. Easy peasy

  3. I would think using a glass (or metal if you don't have glass) would be best. Something in a size that fits the portion with just a little room to spare. Definitely not a shallow baking sheet.  Just bake at 350 deg. F (180 deg. C).  I don't know how it's actually seasoned or if there's any oil, etc.  If it seems dry, just add a small amount of olive oil or canola oil to the chicken when you bake.  It shouldn't take long.. 35-45 mins. tops.  Just check it, spoon juices over once or twice.

  4. the other suggestions are good, but I do this al the time.

Place prepared chicken breast in a glass baking dish, add 1/2 cup water.  cook in 350 oven for about 45 minutes or till internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

you can also take each chicken breast, put some red potatoes, and fresh carrots  with each one, wrap in foil and bake in oven for the same length of time in the 350 oven.  however if you want it to brown, do not cover. so this would not be a good choice.  You could still place your potatoes and carrots in the same pan the fat from the chicken gives the potatoes and carrots flavor, and carrots help meat to tenderize and adds some flavors to it.

  5. grill them or bake them uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes

  6. Bake it in the oven at 350* in a baking dish, not on a cookie sheet.

Cook for about 35-45 minutes. All you do is check it, when it is done - let it sit on the counter for the juices to redistribute for at least 15 minutes before cutting. (thus making it juicy and tender)

If you also want - you can add some chicken broth to the bottom of it and even cover it.

  7. Put them on a baking sheet (greased with oil or butter or PAM) and into a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Don't put them in foil, they will steam and you wont get a nice color on them.

  8. You can just slap them in a hot skillet w/ a bit of EVOO and brown them on both sides.

    OR

Dust w/ flour, dip into buttermilk or milk/egg wash, then into seasoned flour OR bread crumbs, and lightly pan fry on both sides in a bit of EVOO + butter.

  9. Hey, well I dont eat meat, but every one else in my family does.

And my mum b ought something like this too!!!!

No you dont need to add anything, just cook it, as you would cook normal chicken. Put it on a tray , and cook it for

well I'd say per 500g, a halof hour, so if its 50 g just 30 mins, you ccan do the matth
