Lemonade/cookies stand?

i am 16 years old and i was wondering if i could set up a lemonade stand in brooklyn NYC and give out flyers legally?

you should call 311 and ask them.... but just so you know due to the limited number of vendor licenses granted each year and the huge waiting list most vendors in NYC operate illegally.  You run the risk of getting closed down and fined.
