Lennox A/c unit outside is working but not the fan...

Question

we can hear the outside a/c turn on, but the fan inside is not blowing inside. The thermostat is running a full cycle. The repair man told me that it could be the masterboard. Coils upstairs in the attic are fine, did not see any problems. Please help!
