  1. Klitscho has good skills but hasent got the style to beat Lewis and as said by Galacticus, Lewis was great against the really tall opponents. Remeber his fights aginst Mike Grant and Andrew Golota to name two. Addmittedly Vitali Klitscho did well against Lewis but Lewis was past his best then, and Vitali was a tougher fighter than his brother who would have some success but would be stopped eventually by Lewis probably around the middle rounds.

  2. Lewis just happened to be in the right place, right time and if he were put in with Klitschko we'd all die of boredom.

  3. This is an easy one.  Lennox was always at his best when he faced guys his size.  Look at his track record and you would understand why Bowe wisely avoided Lewis.  He was afraid of him because Lennox would do to him what he would do to all the other big men in division.

Lennox is smart.  He knows all of Wladimir's weaknesses.  Wladimir has a better jab but it's not enough to keep Lewis honest.  Lennox would use his own jab to counter Wladimir's but only for a short while.  He would have other plans.

Lewis would get past the jab and land on Wladimir's jaw.  DOWN HE GOES.   Klitschko gets up and Lewis makes a "Fight" of it.  Forget the "boxing".  Lewis fed on big guys.  No one did it better.  Lennox would force the fight on the inside where he would enjoy his best punch,  that deadly uppercut.  NO ONE can survive too many of those.  Only a few could avoid or negate it.  All others would fall.  That's why Lennox Lewis is near the top of the food chain in the historical picture.

    Lewis by KO in 3

  4. lewis by stoppage by the 10th round.

  5. This is an interesting question, I think Lewis would win in this fight for a few simple reasons:

    1) Lennox lewis is considered by many to be one of the best technical big fighters of all time and he is defnitely technically superior to Wladimir Klitschko who usually relies on his jab and size to finish off opponents

    2) Lennox Lewis possesses quite a lot of knock out power even though he did not always use it and he has always been known for his accuracy in the ring (especially his upper cuts and jabs) when you take into consideration the fact that Wladimir does not have that great of a chin it is not hard to see that Wladimir would be much more likely to be knocked out

    3) In his prime Vitali was always better than Wladimir, Vitali has a tougher chin, and possesses just as much power as Wladimir and he is a lot more accurate and yet he still lost to Lennox Lewis who out boxed him in that fight, therefore I doubt that Wladimir could do any better

  6. lewis

  7. Why not make all these one post?

    Lennox Lewis vs.........

Wlad Klitschko - Klitschko via UD too strong of a jab, it would probably be the most boring PPV fight of all time.

Larry Holmes - Lewis by late KO, Holmes would be the better in the early rounds, but once Lewis established his jab, Holmes would break down.

Sonny Liston - Lewis by mid-round stoppage, I have a hard time picturing Liston getting anything going.

Jack Dempsey - Dempsey by late KO, now this would be an interesting fight, Dempsey was a true warrior I don't think Lewis had the speed to avoid Dempsey's onslaught.

Jack Johnson - Lewis by wide UD, Lewis would pot shot his way to victory.

I submit that yes I believe Wlad's jab to be better than Lewis's plus he has more reach.

Lewis did defeat Vitali, however it was due to a cut not a regular stoppage.  Vitali outlanded Lewis 156 to 102 AND Vitali was ahead on all three scorecards at the time of the stoppage.

  8. Lennox Lewis wins by KO/TKO.

Lennox beat Vitali by TKO in the 6th round in 2003 and Vitali is a better fighter than his brother.

  9. Wladimir has been fighting scared for quite a while now. His brother enjoyed fighting and had a great chin. Lennox would KO Wladimir early like Corrie Sanders did and p**s off big brother enough he`d rally thru a tough rematch to KO Lewis late in round 8.

  10. Lennox Lewis RIGHT NOW would K.O. Wladimir Klitschko!!     Lewis doesn't even have to be at his best,  Klitschko's jaw is 'breakaway glass' like they use in the movies...  First good Lewis right hand would drop him like a bad habit.

  11. At their best??  Lewis was unstoppable at his best and very stoppable at his worst!

Lewis within 8 rounds vs Klitscko.  Lewis was just so much better technically than all of the other big men of his era. And to the guy who said Klitsckos jab would be too much for Lewis.  PLEASE!!!  Lewis had the best jab in the division for years.

  12. If Lennox Lewis had a potato chip chin, Wladimir's is a snow flake.  Lennox Lewis's jab was an offensive weapon that landed with authority, Wladimirs jab is the result of Emanual Stewart trying to keep Wladimir from getting knocked out by guys like Lamont Brewster or Cory Sanders.

Lennox Lewis would crush Wladimir, it wouldn't even be close.

  13. blog ure well off  on this one if i remeber rightly klitchkos face was hanging off within 5 rounds before against vitali

and lewis wasnt near his best that night lewis would win no doubt wladimir aint is good as his bro
