Lens error code R740-033 on

Lens error code R740-033 on an HP R742 camera.Lenn will not closeI have the same problem that my lens won't close and screen only shows Lens Error Code R740-033 It tells me to go to hp.com to get the fix, but when i do, it just tells me to ring a number in the U.S. Can you tell me how to fix it, please? The camera is a HP Photosmart R742, by the way
