Question:

Lens won't retract and camera won't start even... The camera suddenly stopped working where there

The camera suddenly stopped working where there seems to be no connection to the battery. The lens opened and I can't get it to retract. I purchased new batteries and that did not work.

My product is not canon or konawag. It is Samsung Modle 630.
