does anyone know a 70-300mm lens that would fit on the olympus e-510(140-600 4/3rds standard) which is under £120

Your other option is to purchase a 70-120 that would fit the OM lens mount and purchase a ring to adapt it to your camera.  You would lose all auto functions, but if you know your camera well enough, that should not be a problem.  You can also check with Panasonic, lenses made by Leica, to see if they have one available.  Panasonic&#039;s slr is 4/3 also.

You should really by an Olympus lens for your body ... they make the best optics for the 4/3rds cameras.

That lens in the States is $325 so will not fit into your budget unless you can find a used one ...

At present only Olympus make a lens in that focal length
