Leo Lim wins Men’s 200m butterfly title: Day five - 2011 YMCA Long Course Nationals
Leo Lim of Wyckoff produced an unbeatable splash on day five of the 2011 YMCA Long Course Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia, on Friday, July 29.
The session of the splash conducted the Men’s 200m butterfly A final, where Lim took home the golden crown with a sterling time of 2 minutes and 03.50 seconds. Meanwhile, David Ingraham of Middle Tyger earned silver medal with an impressive time of 2 minutes
and 03.82 seconds, whereas, Yunker Andrew of Gr Flint snared bronze title in 2 minutes and 05.30 seconds.
Kyle Madley of Somerset Hills finished fourth in 2 minutes and 06.96 seconds, while David Morgan of Sun Coast settled fifth in 2 minutes and 07.02 seconds. Justin Mehl of Middle Tyger was placed sixth in 2 minutes and 07.18 seconds. Christopher De Pietro
of Lancaster wound up seventh in 2 minutes and 07.50 seconds, while Tyler Rauth of Upper Main Line was placed eighth in 2 minutes and 08.88 seconds.
Isaac Klinger of Greensboro took home the Men’s 200m butterfly B final with a winning time of 2 minutes and 07.87 seconds. Kei Ishimaru of Kishwaukee finished second in 2 minutes and 08.20 seconds, whereas, Jonathan Burr of East Hartford was placed third
in 2 minutes and 09.34 seconds. Matt McKenney of Anne Arundel finished fourth in 2 minutes and 09.43 seconds, while Drew Krueger of South Family settled fifth in a time of 2 minutes and 09.56 seconds.
Justin Kostelnik of Laurel Highlands was placed sixth in 2 minutes and 10.80 seconds. Jeffrey Donovin of Somerset Valley finished seventh in 2 minutes and 11.38 seconds, while Gregory Kogut of Anne Arundel grabbed eighth spot in a time of 2 minutes and 11.48
seconds.
Sean Higgins of Wilton snared the Men’s 200m butterfly C final meet with a stunning time of 2 minutes and 08.48 seconds, while Kevin Kosciuk of Cheshire finished second in 2 minutes and 11.80 seconds. Daniel Hellman of Red Bank rounded out the top three
in 2 minutes and 11.90 seconds, whereas, Dan Napolitano of Fanwood Scotch was placed fourth in 2 minutes and 13.43 seconds.
Connor Daly of Burbank finished fifth in 2 minutes and 13.66 seconds, while Austin Wolff of New Canaan earned sixth position in 2 minutes and 13.67 seconds. Jourdan Stewart settled seventh in 2 minutes and 14.03 seconds. David Harmon of Anne Arundel finished
eighth in 2 minutes and 14.14 seconds. Edward Healy of Red Bank was placed ninth in a time of 2 minutes and 14.46 seconds, whereas, Alex Fox of Northwest captured tenth spot in 2 minutes and 15.88 seconds.
