Leo and scorpio friends?

i'm not sure if it's because i have an ascendant in scorpio but, i'm a leo and all my best friends have been scorpios. they always seem to earn my respect and are able to connect with me beyond a superficial level. i know i can trust them beyond any of my other friends, and they generally are very open with their secrets to me. i thought it was interesting though that reading through alot of scorpio and leo compatibility charts it was said that the two signs don't get on at all..

is it because of other chart influences that i'm living in the scorpion pit or do we make for likely friends?

I don't think it matters under which sign u are. What really matters is the passion and the attention u have for your love ones.

I for one am a Leo but I don't get along with Scorpios. But i do get along with Taurus, another incompatible sign for Leos.

What you feel and what u think is what matters to people. Not your sign.

It doesn't matter what sign you are, just as long as you and your friends have mutual respect and trust each other.  I've always heard Gemini and Leo are compatable.  I think as long as there is respect between two people it doesn't matter what sign they are.

that's funny....i'm a scorpio with my ascendant in leo and i swear..i have so many leos in my life! including my father, a best friend and 7 more really close friends. all of them having birthdays coming up one after the other.  i've also read that scorpios aren't the best matches for leo, but when it comes to activities, i really enjoy hanging out w/ them cause they're so lively and fun to be with.  they love attention and i let them have it since i tend to shy away from it.  very easy to hang with. i'm very close to my father and he isn't easily put off by my harsh nature. when we argue, we usually get really loud, but it evaporates quickly.  anyway, i love the leos in my life!
