The Paris Saint-Germain Sporting director is not pleased with the attitude of the likes of Ezequiel Lavezzi, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Diego-c11058 Lugano, after they arrived late to PSG’s winter training camp
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 international is hoping to punish three South American players after they failed to report in time for the club’s training camp that is taking place in Doha.
While talking to reporters, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ezequiel-Lavezzi-c13073, Javier Pastore and Diego Lugano have arrived a day late and this is not acceptable. They were supposed to arrive in time which they failed to do so and that angered the sporting director of
the club to great extent.
"Lugano, Lavezzi and Pastore arrived one day late and I am not happy," the Brazilian was reported as saying by L'Equipe.
The Brazilian added that the club had allowed Nene to arrive late but other than him, no one was allowed to take an extra day.
"This is not good and it was not planned. Nene had the right to arrive on December 30, not Lugano, Lavezzi or Pastore.”
Although Leonardo is not sure about how to punish these players, the sporting director of the Ile giants is keen to take some steps in that regard in order to make an example for the rest of the players. The 43-year-old added that it’s not easy to sanction
theses players given the fact that they are in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899.
"I have not met with them yet but it was not good. We'll see what we can do. We are in France; it is not easy to sanction them, unfortunately," said the sporting director of the club.
On a question regarding possible arrivals at Parc des Princes in the winter mercato, the former Milan manager said that few players are expected to leave Paris Saint-Germain next month but the club will take its time before making any decision.
The expected departure of these players could force Les Parisiens to sign new players but at the moment, nothing is certain.
“There are players like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mohamed-Sissoko-c26386 who can leave. We will see what will happen in the coming days."
