It was the second Clasico of the season and PSG made no mistakes this time around. Although they were fortunate to get a penalty, no one can question Les Parisiens’ performance on the pitch and they deserved to win on Wednesday.
PSG sporting director, Leonardo has expressed his delight at Paris Saint-Germain’s performance and has praised the Parisiens’ team spirit. While talking to reporters after the match, the 43-year-old stated that it was an excellent game and both teams performed
superbly.
"I think it was a really, really good game," Leonardo said.

"We played very, very well and you can see it with the fans' reaction and the atmosphere in the locker room. Everyone is pleased of what we did today. I think it's our best game with the ones against Dynamo Kiev and Lille."
Talking about the controversial penalty awarded to Paris Saint-Germain, Leonardo said that he hasn’t seen the replays yet but he feels that it was a good decision by the referee.
"I believe it was a penalty, I don't know if the action was in or out of the box, I did not see it on TV, but there is a foul and it's the rules and the referee was right."
