The Paris Saint-Germain sporting director has somewhat overdone his rant on the Olympique Lyonnais president by saying that Aulas has an inferiority complex
Tired of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Olympique-Lyonnais-c40130 president, Jean-Michel Aulas’ criticism of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo chose to bang his fist on the table while talking to reporters of L’Equipe.
During Paris Saint-Germain’s 1-0 win over Olympique Lyonnais, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Dejan-Lovren-c10779 in an off the ball incident. And, Aulas was left exasperated to see the Swede walk out without any card or disciplinary action for that matter.
Since, then, the Lyon supremo has always take an opportunity to criticise the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 man. Aulas said that the Disciplinary Committee will have a lot of evidence to suspend Ibrahimovic for his offence during the first half of the game.
“There was a particular duel between Lovren and Ibrahimovic in the first half. If the Disciplinary Committee decides to watch it, it will be seen that it should have been a red card. It would have been in another game,” Aulas had pointed out after the game.
And a few hours later, the LFP announced that it will definitely look into the matter at hand. And, if the committee is able chalk up enough evidence, the Swede could be in for a lengthy ban which would definitely be a big blow to his team’s chances of building
on their gained momentum.
And, sporting director Leonardo was not happy to see Aulas point out at what the match referee had missed. While talking to reporters regarding the current situation, the Brazilian, rather than admitting his player’s fault, chose to hit out at Aulas for
doing something that’s not his http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684.
“But is it up to him to judge? On issue about arbitration, it is another thing to discuss the points of law. But to judge a player on a specific act, it is not up to him.”
Leonardo then went on to say that he cannot understand the actions of a man who does not work for the legal committee of the league.
Not satisfied with what he said, Leonardo stooped a bit low by saying that Aulas is saying all this to hide the fact that his side gave a very poor performance and outrageously, added that the Lyon president has an inferiority complex.
“All he wants is to distract from the poor performance of his team. Lyon, they were dominated, especially in the second half, this is the reality. Aulas, it looks like he is trying to justify the loss. But you know what he’s expressing in my eyes? An inferiority
complex.”
However, it must be said that as a professional, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Leonardo-c22056 should have admitted of his player’s offense rather than criticising Aulas. The next game between the two sides is bound to be a hot contest now.
