While talking to reporters after the match against Les Dogues, the Brazilian stated that the players played with great composure and determination, and they deserved to win.
Paris Saint-Germain played with the desire to win the match, and it is a pleasing factor for the sporting director of the club.
"Tonight we played with the desire to win and that is fundamental,” the 42-year-old told reporters.
Leonardo added that it’s the kind of start his team was looking for, and the Ile giants will only get better from here.
PSG played quality football against Lille last night and they totally dominated their opponents. And the former Milan manager believes that if they continue playing like that, no one can stop them from achieving their targets this season.
