Can you cross breed geckos like a Hypo Carrot tail and a regular normal leopard?

Also would somethnig like a hypo carrot tail or a tangerine have the same care guidelines as a regular leopard?

yes.

hypo carrot tails and normals are the same, just their appearance is different. they are the same breed.

yes, they are still leopard geckos so still have the same care requirements, and yes you can breed them, thats how new morphs are discovered. a morph doesnt change the way a leo needs to be kept, or its behaviour, all it changes is its colour and size, i have a normal and a rainwater albino and when they're old enough they'll hopefully breed.
