Leopard gecko has a cut?

i breed geckos but have never ran into this, my female has a cut on her back? and is there anything i can do or? please give me a list of things! thanks!

Well, the first thing to do is discover what injured her, and remove it from the habitat!

To reduce the risk of infection; I'd suggest isolating her, if the wound is more than a scrape/abrasion.
