Leopard gecko laying eggs

i have one female leopard gecko and she is acting lethargic and sort of digging around in the terrarium. could she be laying eggs with no mate?

  1. Its possible,they will lay eggs without a mate but the eggs aren't fertile,unless when you bought her,she was housed with another male that you didnt know of which could occur even before that,but it is possible for a female to lay eggs wothout a male,the best way is to candle it by getting a flashlight and shining it at the side and if its pinkish,then its fertile.
