Less beautiful football more titles – How Arsene Wenger should change his tactics to win (Part 1)
Arsenal are famous for their “beautiful” style of play despite being a part of the English Premier League. The English team’s coach, Arsene Wenger has done a lot to promote the young talent and make them play football “how it should be played.”
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robin-van-Persie-c31380, is never available throughout the season because of his injuries
while the newly signed Marouane Chamakh is still trying to settle in with the team’s style of play.
It has been six years since the North London side won anything and one of the reasons why they haven’t done so is because of their lack of involvement in the transfer market. Arsene Wenger likes to keep his pockets warm and rarely adds any star player into
his team.
However, if we imagine just for a while that Arsene Wenger can make clever but “in-budget” choices for Arsenal right now, what should he add to his team to win titles? Beautiful football is not taking Arsenal anywhere and the English club hasn’t won anything
for six long years now. Wenger needs to change his team and sell players who want to leave the club and add new and effective players into the team.
Exceptional coaches like Sir http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684 done; that is exactly what Arsene Wenger needs to do as well - build a team which can actually win something
and add something to the trophy cabinet which is as empty as Ventura Avenue on Yom Kippur.
For starters, Arsenal needs to get rid of players who are not happy in the club. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nicklas-Bendtner-c27726 and Cesc Fabregas need to leave the club.
Samir Nasri can be sold for €25million. Furthermore, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Andrei-Arshavin-c5771 can be sold for €15million. Arsenal can easily cash on Marouane Chamakh who is unwanted in Arsenal’s starting line-up and since he has signed a contract with the North London side, they
can sell him for at least €10million. Gael Clichy has already left the club for almost €10million. Nicklas Bendtner, if sold, can easily leave for €10million.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Total-c40747 amount of money they will be
generating from all these transfers will be €110million. With so much money with Arsenal, they can add a lot of players to their team and can do wonders.
First of all Arsenal can sign the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 are willing to pay for him at the moment.
