What do you think of this :Breakfast;Activia YoghurtWaterLunch;Sandwich on brown breadWaterDinner;Chicken caesar saladWaterNo snacks just like lots of water and stuff =P xDALSO. As for excersize what do you think would be effitiant. Like..100 crunches, sit ups etc..I would like to become healthier and fitter also more toned so what would be good for that??Total amount I wanna loose;30 pounds.
