  1. What about fruit, more vegetables/protein/dairy?  All your meals seem to be a little lacking; you should probably eat some fruit, pretzels, etc so you don't overeat for a meal later on.  Also, caesar salad is probably one of the most unhealthy kinds to eat depending on how much dressing you use.  I'd recommend something with a little less fat, like a vinagrette.  Also, eating healthy snacks is good throughout the day; it will make you less hungry, and keep you focused throughout the day

Someone else can probably help you on your exercise routine. :P

  2. Sounds like a considerate start!

Listen to your body -- push yourself in exercise but don't run yourself into the ground :o

Swimming's often a low-impact option that's more of a full-body workout, and without leaving home, crunches, breathing, stretching, back cycling can work out well.

Pace yourself to stick with it and have fun with it.

    Music might suit.

  3. More water, snacks in between meals.

I like your take on nutrition. Diets don't work. Eating healthy for life does.

    Thumbs up to you.

  4. Eat more food.  That's not enough.  You need to consume at least 1800 calories a day to have the metabolism to lose weight and keep it off.  And you'll be hungry eating only this stuff, so you're more likely to binge.
