  3. I'm not sure who really benefits from what?Most things are a trade off,as (Kent M) said.

    1. push for new energy technology

    2.infrastructure modernization

    3.new found tax revenue

    4.longer growing seasons

    5.transitional ecosystems may benefit

    6.certain types of pest may be hindered

    7.conservation awareness of natural resources

  6. I know very little about global warming, but I would guess:

    1) We'll need to use less energy to heat our homes.

    2) The added CO2 in the air will make our gardens and crops extraordinarily lush.

    3) The panic about global warming will stimulate the economy and we'll invent a bunch of new stuff.

    4) Parts of the world that are currently inaccessible due to ice during parts of the year will be accessible year 'round.

    Ugh.  I got stuck after four.  Sorry.
