Maybe I'm just old lol but I've heard that in a Metro Station Song that starts with that line.

It's in the song Shake It by Metro Station. It's a song to dance to, so I guess Let's Drop means something like let's get the thing started. It's just part of a song. I don't think it has to mean anything...
