Do you make it this way?--> W90°= add 180° more, so you have E90°. This means the other city must be at the meridien of E90°. Then go down 60° from your original point (which is 30°N), so you have 30° in the south, which means, that the city on the exact opposite of N30°W90° must be S30°E90°. Am I right whith this?

Yep but your city would have to float in the Indian ocean. But it would be more accurate to say you'd go north 180 degrees. Right over the pole on the 30 degree line of longitude. Or south 180 your choice.
