I haven't thought of this problem before but now I do! I am only 15 and i don't want my future to be awful just because what is happening at the moment in the world !! Let's start saving our environment ...PLEASE go onto the site and put in your signature! That's all you have to do ..it will not take you long!! Believe me! 100 species are lost a day...they become extinct ..FOR EVER!! Trees give us oxygen to breathe with..and what are WE doing to them?? CHOPPING THEM DOWN!! Clever?? Hmmmmm.....

Let's save the future...let's save environment!!!

I think its good that you want to save the environment at a young age, I guess we can all do better.

I don't think us Americans (assuming you are American) have any right to tell other countries what to do with their forests after we came across our country and practically cleared all of ours out.  We don't even have any rain forests in the US, so we have no authority to tell other countries what to do with theirs.

Brazil is using a biodiesel / flex fuel economy, which helps save the environment, the catch is they have to chop down rainforests to grow the crops to mix with fuel to make ethanol blends.  Which is more helpful for the environment?  Leaving the rain forest intact and staying with an oil based fuel economy?  Or staying with ethanol?
