  1. If someone breaks into my house the last thing I should think about is the law. Canada, Texas or Pluto I say you do whatever it takes to protect you and your family.

  2. Once I was on vacation in Mexico and I saw a sign that said:

"Anybody that gets busted in this private property would not be deliver to the authorities for justice, we would take care of you here"

You cant break the law but you can always bend it...

  3. Don't know anything about Canada...except you have that two language thingy going on...

  4. For you, as is best for most arm-chair commandos, is to lock yourself in your room and call police.  Most likely any weapon you brandish will end up stuck where the sun don't shine.

In all seriousness, best to lock your self up in a bedroom and call police.  If you attack this person you must prove he was an actual threat that warranted lethal force.  Just being in you house is not a capital offense.

  5. wrong...you if you feel threatend you do not have the right to use deadly force

you can only use deadly force if you have to tried to get out of this situation but cant

(my sister is a law student)

    but everything else was correct

  6. Can't say anything about Canada, but in Texas you can shoot him.

  7. if it happens in your own property then you could do what you wish because they are breaking an entry. it would be self defense. just make sure you call authority.
