a) If the expected fill of each bottle is 2 liters and the SD is 0.02 liters, calculate P(1.995<=Xbar<=2.005)

b) If the expected fill of each bottle is 1.99 liters rather than 2 liters, so that on average bottles are under filled, but the SD is still 0.02 liters, calculate P(1.995<=Xbar<=2.005)
