Let me know the process to start the tomato catch up industries in colaboration with kishan or maggie?

I want to start the tomato catchup industries at hazipur near patna Bihar. Since area known for tomato farming so row material cost will be less. Marketing will be the difficult portion. to over come this I want to produce the product as per guidelines laid by kishan or maggie and wanted to use their brand name. what ever the royalty will be there I am ready to pay. You can under stand by the way that I want to start anciliary of these companies.

many more local  brands are there in India with local prefernces.. u can contact minstry of food processing or can visit thier website..

bihar is the city of probelms whethere they are related to  labour.. or what.. so people usually avoiding doing busienss in Bihar.. am i right..
