frankly it is difficult to maintain both values at the same time. i'm doing sales myself, on one hand, i have to maximise earnings for my company and on the other, i have to ensure that the customer gets the best deal. sometimes it is hard but we definitely have to lie a little, i believe it is the same for large corporations. they promise the sky but deliver the least possible. usually after problems arise will they take corrective actions. in my opinion, it is impossible to achieve business and ethics.
