Lets have a political debate M & O both strapped to a lie detector machine.?

can we request such a thing as a lie detector test on both canidates, not that it will matter but I would be curious to see their answers.

It's not needed. All that is needed is to hear each of them respond to the following question:

"What is it that you think you can do as President that you presently can't do as a Senator?". That will quickly tell us which one is grounded in reality.

Bad idea.  Putting Obama in a lie detector would probably strain the power grid to the breaking point.
