I definitely would NOT have named the kid Renesme.  That is possibly the ugliest name on the face of the planet lol.  There are other ways to combine names without making it a horribly weird mash-up lol.  Ren or Wren Emily could have been cute, or Wren Emily Charlotte or Wren Emmeline Carlie with two middle names.
