i know there isnt one but lets imagine there is one

would he get all of akbar's fortune and palace now? why or why not?

  1. Depends if Akbar had any other descendants who has a better claim to its fortune and palace. If this descendent is the only survivor of this "clan" than yes. Otherwise, he or she may be behind a whole line of other descendents to claim this “fortune.” However, if Akbar's fortune and palace were confiscated by its government or taken over, then the descendant probably won't stand a chance in inheriting a single dime. Unless, the two parties went to the negotiation table and discuss any possibilities of co-sharing etc, since your imaginative story is very vague, it is really hard tell you exactly what can happen to Akbar’s fortune and private assets and what the descendant(s) will receive.
