Lets say you have court its a jury trial?

prosecuter has a phone conversation between you and someone else thats very incriminating will they play this in court for all to hear or will it be typed on paper and read out loud or something different

They will usually play the tape in court for the jury to hear, and the court reporter will record the conversation verbatim in the court record.  One thing to bear in mind though:  Recordings of phone conversations are usually inadmissible in court unless a judge authorized a wiretap (and it's difficult to convince a judge to do that).
