  1. Yes i think it can be done. Gas prices are way to high and need to be decreased. i think their now pushing for four dollars a gallon which is really rediculos.

  2. You would have to boycott for the rest of your life. The demand for oil is high world wide. It is traded on a global market based on supply vs demand. Every year demand goes up. In 2003 China's demand went up 30%. India is not far behind.

We have to find a way to do without oil!

  3. You are suggesting disaster. The losers are still the consumers. They gas prices are still  the same or maybe even higher after the stoppage. Not a good idea!!!!

  4. These plans never work. People need the gas. If they don't buy that day, they buy earlier to get past that day or wait until after that day to buy it. It changes nothing. Not only that, you will never get nearly enough people to comply with it to even have an effect.

    But good luck.

Best way is to break your dependence from it and help or convince others to do the same.

  5. I wouldn't participate. There's this thing I have called a job. Ok, so what happens if I don't show up? Simple. It's a little phrase called "You're fired".

  6. okay what would happen if your house caught fire

and the country was shut down the fire dept couldn't come

as they wouldn't be working! or driving?

what if you got robbed? no driving the police couldn't come

    cause they aren't driving,?

what if you cut your self and you are bleeding the paramedic

couldn't come or could go to the hospital

as the doctors wouldst be working

you cant really shut down the country!

and gas strike never work out in the first place

the best thing do is for you to stop driving and use other means of transporation

  7. how would that help  after the strike the gas would still be the same price... how about another way.. battery cars so you wont need any gas.. how that..
