Letter from Aukland New Zealand to UK still not turned up.?

Its been 15 days since it was sent now, is this normal and is it common for letters to get lost in post from New Zealand, i'm really desperate for this to arrive!!! thank you!

Sometimes letters do get lost in the mail. That is a long way so be patient.

The letter is not lost, it just can't be found, haha. You would be surprised if you knew just what can happen to mail anywhere in the world. I recall that when I worked for the NZ Post Office many years ago a letter posted in a small NZ town sat in that PO for 47 years stuck behind a wall panel in the posting box. It eventually was delivered to the right person.

if you sent it airmail it should only take a couple of days to a week.  Go and talk to the postoffice. or email through their website at http://www.nzpost.co.nz/Cultures/en-NZ/
