Letter to landlord "roach problem"?

Please help me write the letter to landlord, i have a roach problem in my apartment and the cause of it my neighbor , shes mentally ill. She has millions of roaches in her apartment and they all run to my apartment because we live door to door. I told my super millions of times, even exterminator was shocked to see her apartment , when he sprayed it they were running outside ...everywhere in the hall..and to my apartment..he brang super to see but he still didnt pay mch att.

I wasted tons of money on products , nutting helps. I just came from voc, my house left empty w no food, i left roach killers b4 living, when i came to the house , roaches were falling off the cabinets. I keep my house clean. =( Please help me i dunt know how to write the letter.. and i belive that if the problem wont b solved w her nutting will help, shes nt paying att to roaches =((((((((

1st, find the spell check (and brang is not a word);  2nd, move.  That's your only alternative.

If the landlord is not able to resolve the problem, you can consider rent abatement.  Check with your local tenant's union if you have one, or call the city building inspector's office to find out more about how to do it.   Under rent abatement, after you notify the landlord that you are asking for the last time, you enroll in the program and pay your rent to the third party they designate.  Then the landlord is forced to remedy the situation in order to resume collecting rent from you.

In terms of the letter to the landlord, just a simple message that says you have been informed by the exterminator that there is a serious problem in the other apartment that is causing the roach problem to continue.  You are notifying the landlord that unless they take prompt steps to correct the problem in a manner that will last, you'll be forced to pursue a rent abatement action.
