Leveling in D&D 4.0?

Question

How do I do it. This is my first time I will be DMing. I picked up the 4.0 core books. And I cant find anything about how to level up. Like how many xp do you need to level up. And What changes do I make to their chars. If anyone can tell me a page number even that would be great. I already checked the rewards section, that had somethings about xp, but not what I am looking for

you just have to play sessions alot

Don't have the book in front of me, but I believe it's in the Adventuring chapter (around page 250 or so IIRC). There's also the chart early in the book (perhaps at the start of the Classes chapter?) which listed the at-will, encounter, etc. powers gained for each level. The XP needed might've been there as well.
