Levellers pop group? is this true that they once lived in denby in derbyshire?

i was just woundering if the pop group called the levellers once lived in a sleepy derbyshire village called denby. my girlfriend whos from denby seens to think they once lived there in the early 1990`s. but i always say she`s dreaming. thankyou if you could prove her wrong.
