Having lost to Borussia Dortmund recently, Schalke duo of Lewis Holtby and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexander-Baumjohann-c4817 has apologised to fans for their team’s defeat. 
Schalke travelled away to Signal Iduna Park on Saturday, November 26, for their local derby. Unfortunately, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robert-Lewandowski-c31255 and Felipe Santana.
Schalke went behind early in the 16th minute and weren’t able to stage a comeback despite making several attempts at Dortmund’s goal.
The visitors made number of penetrations especially during the first half but were always denied by the home team’s resolute defence. Schalke attackers were also found guilty of wasting a couple of clear opportunities which could have drawn them level with the Black Yellows.

While spreading apologies on twitter, the midfielder further enthused:
"Mega sh*t!!! An apology to all Schalke fans. Many thanks for your support anyway!!!"
Holtby’s teammate, Baumjohann, also apologised to the fans and urged them to stay patient and continue supporting their team in the future. "Today we have not risen to the challenge that was presented to us. The disappointment is huge, but we must look ahead now." Baumjohann concluded.
