was lewis hamilton scouted since he done rc car racing? and how do they know if hes good at one he'll be good at the other?

yer lewis had been scouted since he was doing rc racing he won a competition as u proberly no that let him meet ron denis the mclaren owner then when i think he was around 13-16 he got a sponsership by them and yer it just kicked of from there

Lewis Started in karting like most F1 drivers and successfully climed through the ranks.  He approached Ron Dennis as a young boy for an autograph..  Years later Dennis began to keep an eye on his as he was consistantly dominate..

Man, Lewis was taken under Ron Dennis' wing a long long time ago. And nurtured. A lot! They don't leave much to chance these days. I think he might actually be a robot from the Maclaren Special Division.
