Here's one for you -there are generally around 30,000 planes in the air around the world at any one time. Space in airports is calculated on the basis that planes both leave and arrive regularly. Is there enough space in the world's airports to safely land all planes with no take-offs for 48 hours - ie ground ALL the planes for a while?
