Lexile Framework for reading score?

I'm in 10th grade and I took this test in school today that determines your reading ability. It's called the Lexile framework for reading and i scored a 1414. However, I have no idea how this grading system works so I don't know if I did good or not. Does anybody know?

Reading is not just about saying the words it is about understanding the words we read. Some students can say the words but cannot understand what they are reading. The Lexile framework measures both.
