Lexmark X5070m for Windows vista

Question

Hi I purchased a lexmark all in one model number X5070m and I have been told to uninstall & install and no one has been able to help yet. The printer is showing installed but when trying to install the software, I get a error message saying usp composite device and windows recognizes it but is having problems trying to install device. I have windows vista home edition. Can you help me?
