Hi, I am unable to use the scanner. Press Scan Button .. Downloading Application List. Cannot retrieve application list.Most annoying any ideas please.thanks

scan facility says "downloading application list" then says "cannot retrieve application list" both using the USB and WiFi connection. I've downloaded the two patches from Lexmark website but it still doesn't work.
