Lexmark z611 printer question..not printing right even after new cartridge?

Question

I figured it was beacuse i refilled a cartridge. I went out and bought a brand new $32.00 lexmark printer cartridge. It is still printing blurry..I cleaned the ink nozzles twice as well...Its still printing light and blurry sometimes..any ideas as to what i can do?
