The Lexus.ca site used to have all the maintenance on it. Don't know if they still do.
The Rx 300 had an engine sludging problem in the states due to prolonged oil changes so oil change every 5000k or 3 months is recommended. If your changing oil yourself easiest way to filter is through the top between rad and manifold. Wear gloves so you don't burn your hand) The K&N filter with a nut on the end is tailor made for this car as any other filter wrench use requires you to be a contortionist. Once a year when changing oil I drain Tranny. If you want to drop pan and clean out filings its easy, gasket is available through any toyota or Napa dealer.
Iridium plugs 72 months/190000k
Timing belt    72 months/150000k
This service can be performed by any Toyota or Lexus dealer.
My experience is dealers will offer a lower price if both work performed at the same time as opposed to doing each job individually. Also when doing timing belt, put on new driving belts. An honest dealer will just charge for the belts as labour is already being performed with timing job. (This is easier than a roadside breakdown)
Speed bump noise most likely just bushings. Lexus struts should last longer than 94k unless car drove rough roads since day one. I have just over 200k on my 99Rx, original struts. Replaced bushings at around 125K.
Change my coolant every 3 years. Youll see a tube and spigot coming out of block to drain coolant from block. Wish all engines had that.
Tranny hold back when cold is normal. Many electronically controlled trannies are like that.
In cabin air filter is found by removing panel behind  glove box.
Change my diff/transfer case oil about every 3 years.
