  1. I know how you feel! I want results asap! I have a total gym and work my arms once and awhile. It just seems boring and hard to make a habit. I think if you took fat burners and worked out you would see results. Eats veggies and drink only good protein...eggs without butter or hardboiled.

    Running!

  2. Well, you may get results but it also depends on your diet.  You have to eat healthy because if you binge on pizza and ice cream all week, that will not work and if you starve yourself for 2 weeks, then when you go back to eating you will gain it all back.  Your best bet for food is to eat every 2 hours, 6 times a day, small meals portioned by proteins and carbs.  Eat more proteins and foods rich in fiber and whole grain because it takes more calories to burn those types of food than traditional carbs.  Also try to stay away from red meat as this provides too much fat.  I myself am vegan so I do not eat any animal products.  Eat a lot of fruits and veggies especially greens and berries.  Also 200 crunches, this depends on your body type.  If you have a layer of fat on your stomach, 200 crunches may build the muscle but if the fat is not being burned off you will only manage to make your stomach look larger.  If you want toned legs, do 3 sets of lunges.  The problem is, your sets are way too high.  The body gets to a point where too much is not good.  You don't want to over do anything because it will be counter productive to your goal.  I would do 3 sets of 12 lunges and make sure your knees are properly in line with your ankles otherwise you can hurt your knees.  If you feel this is not enough, add some hand weights in, but please do not do 5 sets.  That is too much.
