Lg dryer not drying

I have an electric LG dryer, 5977W, less than 1 year old. It takes 1 1/2 to dry a normal size load, even on manual dry w/o sensor dry. It is not a vent problem, cleaned and checked, even disconnected to rule that out, including cleaning the machine internally. Temps out the back over 200 degrees, which per the repair tech is way over normal. With higher than normal temps, you would think it would dry faster, but it in one full hour the clothes are damp. and no I do not use any fabric sheets. The last tech to look, had another customer on the same day with the asme problem, he thinks there is a defect with this dryer, LG is not admitting they know anything is wrong. This dryer cost 1,000. please help , any solutions. They already replaced a thermostat and drum for noise, altough I didn't htink that as necessary
