my installing cd of my laptop was damage

i was unistalling programms and unistalled the wrong programms

 

the guy at compu said he need the cd because the graffics is unistalled

and he cant find me the graffics cd

 

so can u please help me and tel me i can find cd like this to help me to in stall the laptop
