Lg voyager broke! help. please.?

Question

i got it not to long ago...a few weeks ago. and it broke suddenly tonight, the water indicator is fine. the touchscreen doesnt work at all. and the internal keyboard doesnt respond either. The two soft keys and the speaker phone button inside work but nothing else does. the end.power key works. i can recieve calls by opening the phone and then closing it and it stays connected. im so mad. and this sucks. any help!?!?!?!

hmm. i would call verizon or go to a store and ask them. this happend to me before and i went and i think that they gave me a new phone. but i forget if had to pay.. but if u have insurance u'll be fine. i believe i had insurance so i didnt hav to so yeahh. lol. but if u hav it u'll be fine. if not if its a defect then they should replace it for free. thats wat they did w/ my old chocolate. :D and person above me or w/e its verizon cuz verizon is the only one who makes the voyager duh!

Since you only got this phone a few weeks ago, you still have a warranty.  As long as you didn't do the damage and its just a manufacter defect your phone will be replaced for free.  Take your phone to the store and they will set you up with a warranty claim.

Check you stores return policy first.  If you have 30 days then the store will be able to exchange the phone themselves.  This is your best option because you will get a new replacement.  When you file warranty claims, almost always they will send you a refurbished phone...not a new one.

call verizon and tell them your phone is defected.  they'll send you a new one in a few days

Depending on your carrier, you should be able to get a replacement phone if it hasn't been a certain amount of time. I know AT&T has a 30 day return policy if something like that should occur. Go to your service providers website or a store or call customer service to see what the policy on that is.
