Lgbt yahoo convention? suggestions?

so..unfortunately my other question about this was just a question lol. and i read a question that asked who should be in charge lol but really...i mean if you think about it it is going to be hard to do. i doubt we will. but it was just an idea.

we can do the group chat.

now all we need for you guys to do is have an msn account or msn live account and add each other, and agree on a date and time lol.

so any suggestions and ideas on how we should do the group chat or whatever?

Yeah, convention would definitely be hard. A group chat would be lovely!

First, I think we need to make a list of everyone that's going to be there... I hate to make this an exclusive thing, but we need some order. So perhaps we can send out a question asking for everyone to "sign up", per se, and write their MSN thing on the question, or maybe Email you with their MSN address. We can at least get a big orderly list of everyone and pass it around via Email to everyone who wants to attend... This will be the first time this has been done (I think) so I don't think we should expect this to be flawless, but hopefully in the future it will work out more and more smoothly :)

We can set a date and time (or a few different times, or people in different time zones), and hopefully everything falls in to place!

Or maybe we could, because it looks like there will be a lot of people wanting to do this, we could have one time for youth, another time for middle age people, etc etc.
