  1. Last figure I heard for CA was $250K, annually. I don't know about the limits, but they would be important, since anything below $2 million would be near meaningless.

    However, this is a Medical liability reformed state, so it might be a bit cheaper here.


  2. This is going to depend on your experience, training, etc.

    I'm presuming that you are talking only about Professional Liability and that you want $1M limits. Each state could have wildly fluctuating premiums due to litigation environment and statutes which limit punitive damages.

    I would guess that $25k+++ would not be an unfair guesstimate.

    PA is one of the most costly states for
